Break Tank Controller
Electronic card with main purpose of controlling an isolated “break tank” to combine with professional dishwashers. It is able to read the water level inside the tank, handle the charging valve, monitor the water demand from the dishwasher and activate the corresponding overpressure pump to provide the correct input pressure to the dishwasher.
